Where does my information go?
Once your application is submitted your information is stored in our secure database and your call back time and date is logged for our UK call centre to call you back.


Who will view my information?
Your information will only be seen by the call centre advisor and the end mortgage advisor who will try to complete your application.


How long until I will be contacted?
You will be contacted at your specified call back time and date unless it is after the specified hours of 10am till 9pm


What happens if I miss my call back?
If you miss your call back, do not worry, our advisors will try and contact you a further 6 times over the next 3 days


How will I be contacted?
You will be contacted by telephone from our UK call centre or a mortgage advisor.


What happens if I have made a mistake on my application?
If you have made a mistake on your application, email the mistake to mistakes@cocoonfinance.com
